How to Measure
CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of their chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
WAIST
Measure around their natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape horizontal. Their natural waistline is where their waist flexes when they bend side to side.
HIP
Measure around the fullest part of their hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
MEASURING TIPS
Don't have a measuring tape? Use a string in place of the tape. Once the string is around their natural waistline cut and measure it with the inches side of a ruler.
